BridgeAIBack to Bridge

Effective 17 August 2026

Terms of Service

These terms set the operating rules for BridgeAI accounts, workspaces, connected systems and AI-assisted work.

Using BridgeAI

These terms apply when you access or use BridgeAI. If you use BridgeAI for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

An order form, enterprise agreement or other signed contract may add to or replace parts of these terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners control memberships, connected systems, agent permissions, budgets and operating policies.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by BridgeAI’s breach of its obligations.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use BridgeAI to violate law, infringe rights, deceive people, distribute malware or bypass security controls.
  • Do not probe, overload or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another tenant’s data or credentials.
  • Do not use connected tools or generated content beyond the permissions granted by their owners and providers.
  • Do not rely on BridgeAI as the sole decision maker for high-risk legal, medical, financial, employment or safety decisions.

Your content and connected systems

You retain ownership of content you submit and authorize BridgeAI to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for content and systems you connect.

External providers, MCP servers, APIs and language models remain subject to their own terms, availability and data practices.

AI output and human review

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, approvals, target systems and material decisions before relying on them.

BridgeAI provides controls for scope, evidence and approval, but those controls do not replace professional judgement or your organization’s policies.

Usage, budgets and charges

Your workspace may include a trial budget or other usage limits. A budget cap can stop model-backed work when reached, but connected providers may meter or bill activity separately under your provider agreements.

Paid plans, rates, credits, taxes and payment terms will be described in the applicable checkout, order form or signed agreement.

Service changes and availability

We may update BridgeAI, add or remove features, or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or prevention of harm. We aim to preserve customer data and provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Intellectual property

BridgeAI and its software, branding and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or trial.

Feedback may be used to improve BridgeAI without obligation, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using BridgeAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or where continued service would create material harm.

Terms concerning ownership, payment, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability and dispute obligations continue where their nature requires.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for commitments in a signed agreement, BridgeAI is provided as available without warranties that output will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any additional limits or remedies will be stated in the applicable signed agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply.
