Optional sales-site analytics

If enabled and you choose Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand visits to our public sales pages and clicks toward Solo registration. The analytics tag is not loaded before that choice. You can withdraw permission using Cookie choices on the sales site.

We send the public page path and registration-interest events, not names, email addresses, form values, workspace content, URL query strings or URL fragments. Google also receives technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details when the tag loads. Advertising features are disabled. Portal activity is not included in this sales-site tracking.

Your choice is stored in this browser. Declining optional analytics does not affect account registration or employee access. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement in this browser; it does not erase information already collected.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, email, company, authentication records and workspace memberships.
• Workspace content such as prompts, tasks, plans, comments, instructions, artifacts and approval records.
• Connection data and credentials you choose to configure for tools, MCP servers, APIs and external providers.
• Usage, billing and operational records such as model usage, time entries, budget status, errors and audit events.
• Technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, request identifiers and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure BridgeAI, operate requested workflows, maintain tenant boundaries, enforce budgets, diagnose failures and improve product reliability.

We also use account and usage information to administer workspaces, provide support, prevent abuse and meet contractual or legal obligations.

AI and connected services

When you ask BridgeAI to perform work, relevant workspace content may be sent to the language model, tool or external provider configured for that workspace. The selected provider processes that information under its own terms and your organization’s configuration.

BridgeAI attempts to limit context to the work being performed, but workspace owners remain responsible for deciding which data and systems may be connected.

Sharing and service providers

We may use infrastructure, database, observability, email, model and integration providers to operate the service. We share only the information reasonably required for those providers to perform their services.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or users, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Security and tenant controls

BridgeAI uses authentication, tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, controlled credentials, audit records and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should apply appropriate access and data-classification policies.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with law. Retention can also depend on workspace settings and connected provider policies.

Workspace owners may request account or workspace deletion through the support channel associated with their BridgeAI account. Some security, billing and audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information. Requests are handled through the support or contractual contact associated with your account, and may require identity verification.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as BridgeAI changes. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice when required.
